As a single mom, both emotionally and financially broke, Ayda made a decision to become a CIO for a Fortune 500 company within 5 years. She devised her strategic plan and started her Ultimate Success program. She achieved her goal of becoming the acting CIO for USA and Asia Pacific in 3 years. During this process, she had a chance to manage and work with international team of individuals and experts, complete her masters degree and start teaching and applying her techniques for others.
