Lots of ways we can stimulate our Mind and Body
One of the main questions I receive include questions about the brainwave stimulation I include in our product development. Some ask about possible side effects, dangers and others wonder how it is 'configured' to work just for them.
What most people do not realize is that we are affected by many 'things' in our environment. These include things we are aware of and also things we are not consciously aware of. Our mind and body take in more information that we consciously realize. If you really think about how much information and stimulus you are exposed to at any moment you would be overwhelmed. For example, think about walking down to the park in Washington DC. Besides all the noise, energy you feel from the sun, people, trees and plants, think of all the radio, cell and radiation waves you are walking through. Do all these impact us. Yes. Everything we are exposed to impacts us - the question is How and is it positive or negative?
It really depends on what is impacting us and our current state in response to the stimulus.
Brain and Body stimulation has been utilized for many centuries. Rhythmic stimuli seem to put our minds in a certain state. Various stimuli has been used such as;
- Drum beats
- Light flickers
- Physical vibrations
- Electric and Magnetic Pulses
- Music and more.
For any stimulus to have a significant effect, it needs to be configured correctly and be precisely timed!
Our products and trainings focus on working with the individual and understanding the person's current mind and energy levels before recommending or incorporating any stimulus. This is very similar to acupunture. An acupunturist needs to understand what state the client is in before deciding what points to stimulate. An acupunturist reads the person's state through pulses, tongue and other ways.
My training in various modalities (NLP, Hypnosis, EFT, BioAcoustics, Sound Healings, Massage and other), years of training and research allows me to incorporate various techniques depending on the client. I have utilized these techniques in my personal life as well as lives of others with positive impact.
I enjoy being able to offer something no one else can offer in the world. I continue to build upon my experiences and discoveries as I seek new and unique ways to improve results for my clients.
